The Hardest Invitation
Life keeps offering us the same invitation.
Quietly.
Again and again.
To look inward.
Curiously, we spend a great deal of our lives avoiding it.
We keep ourselves busy. We work harder. We search for answers in books, podcasts, courses, or the next achievement we believe will finally bring us peace.
And yet, something still feels out of place.
Perhaps because the answers we are looking for are not always outside us.
Perhaps because there is a conversation with ourselves we have been postponing for far too long.
Looking inward is not about finding what is wrong with you.
It is not about assigning blame.
It is about having the courage to ask:
“What is really happening within me?”
Without rushing.
Without judgment.
With curiosity.
Perhaps the first step toward a lighter life is not changing everything around us.
Perhaps it is simply accepting the invitation.
To pause.
To breathe.
And to look within.
A few questions to reflect on:
- When was the last time you spent a few quiet minutes alone with your thoughts?
- Is there a question about your life you have been avoiding?
- What part of you has been asking for your attention?
Seria uma honra te conhecer.
