My Approach
These are some of the ideas that guide my work.
Everyone comes to therapy for a different reason.
But I believe that how a therapist sees people is just as important as the approach they use.
These are some of the ideas that guide my work.
I don't believe people need fixing.
I believe they deserve to be understood.
Every person has the capacity to grow when they find a space that feels safe enough to reflect, ask questions, and discover new possibilities.
Before trying to understand a problem, I want to understand the person living with that problem.
Understanding expands possibilities.
The more we understand who we are, the more freedom we have to choose how we respond to life.
We can't always control what happens to us.
But we can learn new ways of understanding our experiences and respond to them with greater awareness.
That is where autonomy begins.
Therapy is a conversation, not a manual.
You know your life better than anyone else.
My role isn't to give you ready-made answers or tell you who you should become.
It's to create a conversation where new questions can emerge, different perspectives can be explored, and patterns that once seemed invisible become easier to recognize.
The choices remain yours.
So does the discovery.
Trust comes before change.
Meaningful change rarely happens without a sense of safety.
I want therapy to be a place where you can think out loud, talk honestly about what you're experiencing, question long-held assumptions, and explore new ideas without fear of judgment.
When we feel genuinely understood, change stops feeling like an obligation and becomes a possibility.
I'm curious about people.
Not just the problems they face.
I'm curious about the stories they carry.
The values that guide them.
What gives their lives meaning.
And the possibilities they may not yet be able to see.
I believe genuine curiosity is one of the deepest forms of respect we can offer another person.
A little about me
For many years I worked with people and organizations, helping teams, leaders, and cultures grow.
Over time, I realized that what truly motivated me was never the processes.
It was always the people.
Studying psychology was a natural continuation of that path.
Today, I continue doing much the same work — creating spaces where people can better understand themselves, expand their possibilities, and build lives that feel more aligned with who they want to become.
